4. Definitions
To ensure understanding of this policy, the definitions set forth in Article 3 of Law 1581 of 2012 apply, including terms such as:
Authorization: Prior, express and informed consent of the owner for the processing of his/her personal data.

The Organization collects public, private and semi-private personal data depending on the relationship of the data subject with the Organization. As a general rule, sensitive data is not requested, except in the following cases:

When strictly necessary to fulfill a legitimate and authorized purpose.
In these cases, compliance with the legal conditions for their treatment is guaranteed.
6. Purposes of the Treatment
The Organization will process personal data for the following purposes:

9. Rights of the Holders
Data subjects have the right to:

· File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the law.

To submit an application, the holder must provide:
· Full name and identification number.
· Contact information: address, telephone number and email.
· Description of the right you wish to exercise.
· Copy of identity document and any evidence supporting the application.
Queries will be answered within a maximum of 10 business days. If it is not possible to respond within this period, the holder will be informed and a new date will be set, which will not exceed 5 additional business days.
Complaints will be dealt with within 15 business days. If incomplete information needs to be corrected, 5 days will be granted to correct the request.
11. Information Security
The Organization implements technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or modification.
12. Validity of the Policy
This policy is effective from January 2025. Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as long as there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Any changes to this policy will be published on our website and data subjects will be informed. If the amendment affects substantial aspects, the data subject's authorization will be obtained again.
